Esta ta et tasa Gamigin. Hail Gamigin! Speaker for the Dead! In this time of Fire and Light, we seek the soothing reprieve of your Water, that we may wash away our sorrows and celebrate our joys, that we may be reborn anew, cleansed by your presence, and rise in the strength of union for the remainder of our year! Hail Gamigin!

Hail Gamigin!

We pray before you, Gamigin of the Waters, that we may accept what is past, and celebrate what it has brought to us in this time of plenty!

Hail Gamigin! Hail the Waters!

Gamigin, who is our connection to all who have come before us, through you may we never forget the treasures we have had, and the treasures that are to come.

Hail Gamigin! Esta ta et tasa Gamigin.

Body of the Rite

At this time, those participating in the Rite are welcome to silent prayer, to make offerings at the altar, to write prayers and petitions to put forth at the altar, or to write their joys to their dearly departed to put forth at the altar. Petitions and prayers will be gathered on one dish. Joys on another. Each person participating may prick their finger and add their blood to the silver bowl of consecrated water on the altar. Wine or juice may be shared among those participating.

Once everyone has had time for their prayers and papers and toasts to Gamigin, the next part begins.

Hail Gamigin, whom we are gathered here for. In your honor have we drank libations and bestowed these offerings.

Praise be to Gamigin.

We now take our prayers to you, and set them to flame, that their ashes may be mixed with your Waters.

The petitions and prayers are burned in an offering bowl. This completed, the ashes are poured into the silver bowl of consecrated water on the altar.

Praise be to Gamigin.

We now take our joys, that we wish to share with you, that you may bring them to our Dearly Departed and share our triumphs with them. We put them to flame, that their ashes may be mixed with your Waters.

The joys are burned in the offering bowl. This completed, the ashes are poured into the silver bowl of consecrated water on the altar.

Praise be to Gamigin.

Praise be to Gamigin. Through your Waters we are renewed, and so do we pour this Water to you.

The bowl is raised, in offering, and its contents poured down into the Earth.
